Welcome to Techtiks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://techtiks.co and any services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or Services.

1. Definitions

• “Client” or “you” means anyone who accesses our site or purchases our Services.
• “Content” means text, images, code or other materials you or we upload or deliver.
• “Services” means all development, AI/ML, AI-agent, blockchain/Web3, full-stack and IT support services we offer.

2. Your Obligations

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information for any project or account.
• You agree to review drafts, provide feedback and approve deliverables promptly.
• You warrant that any materials you supply (logos, text, media) do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees, deposits and payment schedules are set out in our proposal or contract.
• A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is due before work begins; the balance is due on completion or per milestone.
• Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest and may result in project suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use deliverables.
• We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries or methodologies (“Background IP”).
• Any third-party components (fonts, plugins, images) remain subject to their own licenses—you’re responsible for compliance.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information secure and to not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services and deliverables are provided “as-is,” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techtiks and its team from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

8. Termination

• By You: You may terminate a project with 14 days’ written notice; you remain responsible for fees incurred.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay or act abusively.

Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first go to mediation in Karachi; if unresolved, they will proceed to binding arbitration under local arbitration rules.
