If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration

6. Payments and Billing

Users authorize Techtiks to:
- Charge applicable fees
- Process recurring subscriptions
- Collect taxes where required
- Recover unpaid balances
Failure to pay may result in:
- Service suspension
- Service termination
- Collection proceedings
- Legal action
7. Subscription Services
Certain Services may operate on recurring subscription models.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by Techtiks' Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Completed work is non-refundable.
- Development hours consumed are non-refundable.
- Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.
- Custom software, branding, consulting, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Techtiks to resolve billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may constitute breach of these Terms.
Techtiks reserves the right to submit:
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Communications
- Project records
- Access logs
- Delivery confirmations
to financial institutions during dispute investigations.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary materials
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Cooperate throughout project execution
- Ensure legality of submitted content
- Obtain required rights and permissions
Project delays caused by client inactivity may impact timelines and deliverables.
11. Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials provided to Techtiks.
Techtiks Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software frameworks, methodologies, processes, templates, systems, know-how, proprietary technologies, source code libraries, AI systems, and internal tools remain the exclusive property of Techtiks unless expressly transferred through a written agreement.
Custom Deliverables
Ownership transfer for custom deliverables occurs only after full payment of all invoices unless otherwise specified in writing.
12. Software Licensing
Any software, applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, or digital products provided by Techtiks may be licensed rather than sold.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such products in accordance with applicable agreements.
13. AI and Automated Technologies
Certain Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation systems, predictive models, large language models, and related technologies.
Users acknowledge:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
- Human review may be required.
- Results are provided on an "as available" basis.
- Users remain responsible for business decisions made using generated outputs.
14. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with systems
- Engage in fraud
- Misrepresent identities
- Use Services for unlawful purposes
- Resell Services without authorization
Techtiks may suspend access for violations.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information received during business engagements.
Confidential information shall not include information that:
- Is publicly available
- Was independently developed
- Was lawfully obtained from third parties
- Must be disclosed by law
16. Data Protection
Each party shall comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Users acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
17. Third-Party Services
Services may integrate with third-party providers.
Techtiks is not responsible for:
- Third-party systems
- Platform outages
- Third-party policies
- Third-party content
- Third-party security incidents
18. Staff Augmentation Services
Where Techtiks provides contractors, developers, consultants, engineers, or dedicated resources:
- Such personnel remain under the management of Techtiks unless otherwise agreed.
- Availability may vary.
- Resource replacement may occur.
- Clients may not directly hire or solicit assigned personnel during engagement and for 12 months following termination without written consent.
19. Service Availability
While Techtiks strives to maintain uninterrupted Services, availability is not guaranteed.
Services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtiks disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Reliability
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techtiks shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Reputational harm
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to Techtiks during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techtiks, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims arising out of:
- User conduct
- Violations of these Terms
- Intellectual property disputes
- Illegal activities
- Breach of applicable laws
23. Termination
Techtiks may suspend or terminate Services at any time for:
- Non-payment
- Fraud
- Security concerns
- Legal requirements
- Breach of these Terms
Termination does not relieve payment obligations accrued before termination.
24. Force Majeure
Techtiks shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Cyberattacks
- Utility failures
- Internet outages
- Labor disputes
- Pandemics
- War
- Acts of terrorism
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Techtiks is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
26. Electronic Communications
Users consent to receiving notices, disclosures, invoices, agreements, and communications electronically.
Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communications.
27. Modifications
Techtiks may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
28. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Service Delivery Policy, and any executed agreements between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
